Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BeDealer Marketplace. BeDealer Marketplace is fully owned, operated and managed by MyEComBox (myecombox.com).

1. The Service

BeDealer Marketplace is an online platform that aggregates and displays car and parts listings from affiliated dealers. We are a platform, not a seller.

2. How it works

When you click a listing and then "View at dealer", you are redirected to the dealer's own website. The purchase, payment and delivery happen directly with the dealer, not on the marketplace.

3. Dealer responsibility

Listings are provided by the dealers. We do not verify each listing individually. Dealers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings and photos.

4. Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or our systems.
• You may not interfere with the operation, security or performance of the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by BeDealer Marketplace / MyEComBox and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeDealer Marketplace / MyEComBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the platform. Purchases made through a redirect to a dealer are entirely that dealer's responsibility.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BeDealer Marketplace / MyEComBox against any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
