BeDealer Marketplace (owned, operated and managed by MyEComBox, myecombox.com) is a platform that displays dealer listings. We do not sell any products ourselves.

1. No direct transactions

No payments or purchases take place on the marketplace. When you want to buy a product, you are redirected to the dealer's website, where the transaction takes place entirely.

2. Refunds

Refunds, returns and warranty are handled according to the policy of the dealer you bought from. We are not a party to the purchase and cannot process refunds.

3. Our role

We are solely an intermediary platform. For any questions about a purchase, payment or refund, please contact the relevant dealer.
